Description: Apramycin sulphate is creamy to dark yellow powder, soluble in water, Content of which is not less than 550 IU/mg (microbiological assay) of anhydrous substance.
Action: It is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, produced by a strain Streptomyces tenebrarius. It is used for the preparation of drug forms (oral, injectables, premixes). It is applied in veterinary medicine for treatment and prophylaxis.
